Vitaly Vasilkou arrested for 10 days

An activist of “Zmena” Vitaly Vasilkou was charged with “petty hooliganism” and “disobedience to orders of policemen.”

Judge Natallya Dzyadkova ruled to sentence the activist to an administrative arrest of 10 days.

Vitaly Vasilkou was found today in the court of Partyzanski district of Minsk after any contact with him was lost back on September 12. He spent the weekend in the police department, Viasna human rights centre informs.

On September 12 activists of Zmena Paval Vinahradau and Yahor Vinyatski were detained.

On the same day, September 12, the court of Maskouski district of Minsk arrested Paval Vinahradau for 15 days on charges relating “foul speech”. Yahor Vinyatski was also arrested for 15 days.
