Anonymous people sell lists of Minsk university graduates

They offer lists of graduates of Belarusian State University (BSU) and Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectrinics (BSUIR) and promise to get lists of graduates of Belarusian National Technical University (BNTU).

He now has lists of BSU and BSUIR graduates and says lists of BNTU graduates will appear soon. The motives of his business are not clear. However, contacts of young specialists can be useful for marketing managers for targeted advertising and other businesses for recruiting and other purposes.
