Minsk dwellers attended concert of Dzetsyuki in vyshyvankas, holding white-red-white flags

Dzetsyuki band had a big solo concert in Minsk.

It took place in “Piraty” club on January 9. During the show viewers unfurled a white-red-white flag, Radio Svaboda informs.

Dzetsyuki band emerged in 2012, however even during its first concerts it faced bans. While they had no opportunities to organize concerts in Belarus, musicians toured in Poland, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, where they told about the history of our country with the help of their songs, and in our Belarusian language only. Recently they received a chance to perform at Belarusian scenes, and Dzetsyuki immediately won recognition from the Belarusian public. A music web portal, Tuzin Khitou, gave them the title “Heroes of the Year”. Thus, Dzetsyuki became the best group in the Belarusian independent scene in 2014.
