Rubinov steps down as speaker of «council of republic»

Anatoly Rubinov decided to resign as Speaker of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus ahead of schedule.

“Unfortunately, the state of my health does not allow me working in full strength,” Anatoly Rubinov said. He has noted that the post of the Speaker of the Council of the Republic envisages not only meetings but also trips across the country and abroad which is a challenge at his age.

Vice Speaker of the Council of the Republic Anatoly Rusetsky expressed gratitude to Anatoly Rubinov for his work in the parliament and awarded him with the diploma of the Council of the Republic.
