Ukrainian Deputy: Mad bears are not managed in, but put on chain

Ukrainian Deputy Borislav Bereza stated at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe that sanctions are "the chain" for Russia.

Borislav Bereza, a member of the Ukrainian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, one of the leaders of the right sector, stated that sanctions against Russian delegation cannot be lifted, Korrespondent.net reports.

At the same time he compared the contemporary Kremlin to "Reichstag of Hitler's times" and modern Russia's political regime compared to the "totalitarianism of the USSR".

At the end of his speech, he said metaphorically "not to manage in a mad bear".

"And I am telling you that made bears are not managed in. They are put on chain, this is a maximum. Sanctions and tightening relations only should form this chain", Bereza stated.
