Observers: Overstated Voter Turnout

Earlier commissions stuffed ballots, now they just overstate voters turnout in the hope that nobody will check.

Volha Kavalkova, coordinator of Right to Choose campaign in Minsk, writes on Facebook, referring to independent observation data.

"Earlier they stuffed ballots, now they just overstate voter turnout, all the same nobody is going to recount.

There are some outstanding violations in Minsk, noted by Rights to Choose campaign:

Station No. 11 - Kastrychnitski + 472 on the E-day

Station No. 18 - Tsentralny+ 245 on the E-day

Station No. 34 - Tsentralny + 193 - early voting, + 138 on the E-day

Station No. 62 - Tsentralny+ 277 on the E-day

Station No. 26 - Zavodski + 127 on the E-day

Station No. 17 - Frunzenski + 385 on the E-day," the coordinator of an independent observation writes.
