“MPs” And Ministers Preparing Budget For 2016 Without Telling Society

“Deputies” have held a working meeting with members of the government concerning draft regulatory legal acts on social and economic development of the country.

On the day before the meeting it became known that the meeting is to be held behind the closed doors, mass media won’t be present there, BelaPAN informs.

In his speech Prime Minister Andrei Kabiakou dwelled upon major macroeconomic measures, which had become the foundation of forming the national budget in 2016. Uladzimir Amaryn, Finance Minister, introduced “deputies” to the country’s budgetary framework for the next financial year, and the planned amendments to the budget and taxation laws.

Deputies asked questions concerning taking security measures in the economic sphere, effectiveness and stability of the tax system of the country.

Drawing conclusions after the meeting, the chairman of the “chamber of representatives” Uladzimir Andreichanka noted its efficiency, determined the order of work with the parcel of draft laws on the budget, after they are proposed to the “chamber of representatives.”
