An activist of the civil initiative against the lawlessness in courts Valiantsina Kavalenka said that officials are forcing people to go to the picket.

In this way a resident of Babruisk, Valiantsina Kavalenka, estimates the behavior of Lukashenka’s administration’s officials, who on November 25 flatly refused to see the activists of the civil initiative against the lawlessness in courts and prosecutor's office.

In an interview to the correspondent of Novy Chas the woman said that the deputy head of Lukashenka's Administration Valery Mitskevich refused to see the activists of the initiative on November 5. Moreover, the written refusal to grant meeting was signed by the Chief of department on work with appeals of citizens and legal entities of Lukashenka's Administration Stanislau Buka.

“Since this refusal had not been motivated, ten activists of the initiative came to Buka the day he received citizens personally. However, the senior official refused to talk to us, though before the presidential “elections” administration officials had pretended they would deal with the problem of formal replies from state bodies. The game in democracy ended on October 11,” – Valiantsina Kavalenka said.

She reminded that in July Lukashenka's administration set up a special working group to deal with formal replies’ problem, and the Deputy Governor Valeri Mitskevich has even seen the activists of the initiative.

“But in fact, nothing concrete has been done by the officials, and everything ended up with talks about the necessity to deal with formal replies. That is why we will stage a picket again. And we are forced to do so by Lukashenka’s administration’s officials,” – Valiantsina Kavalenka said.

We remind that an activist of the civil initiative against the lawlessness in courts Valiantsina Kavalenka has repeatedly tried to get a meeting with Lukashenka. The officials promised to bring a resident of Babruisk to administrative responsibility for the fact that she allegedly interferes with their work.
