The consumer cooperative supplies the elevator with grain, and employees can select products in company shops worth the cost of the grain.

The district does a great work to make the system convenient for all parties involved.

“We keep in touch with leaders of the district consumer cooperative, carry out opinion polls to study the demand and supply shops with popular products,” says Siarhei Kalesnikau, first deputy head of the district executive committee and head of the agricultural and food department.

In the difficult economic situation, agricultural companies spend the means saved due to the payment in kind on fuel, fertilisers, repair works, paying suppliers and service companies and take other measures to carry out the sowing campaign timely and effectively, grow and sell crops and improve the economic state of agricultural companies.
