Participant of Freedom Day demo detained for denial to hide flag

Tsimur Sidaruk refused to hide a white-red-white flag after the march and was detained by policemen.

We remind that the rally dedicated to Freedom Day was held in Minsk today.

The event with about 2,000 participants was held under national and European flags. Organisers refused to hold a meeting, urging the participants after the demonstration to mark the holiday in bars and restaurants.
