Entrepreneurs expressed readiness "for constructive dialogue with officials".

The resolution based on results of business forum (organizer - POOO Perspective) held on May 18 in Minsk states that, BelaPAN reports.

The final document states that the country "has faced the most serious economic crisis for the past 20 years". The crisis caused "the significant fall of citizen's income, business activity and, as a result, it conduced entrepreneurs' bankruptcy across the country". The authors of the resolution believe that preservation of jobs, employment and the creation of favorable conditions for small and medium-sized businesses", preservation of "small business elite, national business and, accordingly, the national economy" are the way out of a difficult social and economic situation.

Entrepreneurs stressed that "only close coordination of the government and the business-community makes it possible to overcome negative economic effects", so they expressed their readiness for "constructive dialogue with officials". Today IE "need the state support at the highest level", but not with "multimillion grants and credits". They need "small business to operate free at least for the next five years".

In this regard, the Forum participants offer the government to impose moratorium on the confiscation and verification of business representatives for a five-year period, to discontinue the practice of filling up the budget through confiscation methods". Furthermore, they consider it necessary to free IEs and private unitary enterprises of retail trade from the administrative responsibility for absence of certificates for goods and to return to the single tax payment with a fixed double VAT and double factor for goods without documents. Forum participants say it is necessary to restore "no work - no payments to Social Protection Fund" principle.

The authors of the document propose to expand the Council for Development of Entrepreneurship by promoting interests of small businesses both from regions and the capital, as well as to give it the right to veto at taking decisions affecting the business sphere.
