On May 24 civil right activist spent three hours at Kamenny Loh border crossing point.

He returned from Vilnius where he participated in Non-commercial Law Forum, BelaPAN reports.

"My car and me were subject to complete search. As soon as the customs officer saw my surname, she called superiors. They immediately arrived and ordered to conduct a complete search", Leanid Sudalenka informed.

His laptop was seized.

It should be reminded that in April the police conducted a search at his apartment and office. All computers were seized. "I had no equipment, so I bought a second-hand laptop. But today it was also seized", the human right activist complained.

Sudalenka thinks it is connected with his activity and a nervous reaction of authorities.

For example, in April the Investigative Committee initiated a criminal case against the dissemination of pornography. Within the case there were conducted searches at Homel public and political center (the registered address of municipal organization ROO Legal Initiative headed by Sudalenka) and at civil rights activist's apartment. Computers were confiscated.

Later the Investigative Committee (IC) explained that pornography had been allegedly sent from Sudalenka's e-mail to the tax inspectorate and the IC. But the activist presented evidence of his non-involvement. His e-mail was hacked in December 2014, the correspondence with Mail.ru technical support service proved that.

The pornography, according to investigators' data, was sent from the IP address registered in the public and political center in Paleskaya Str., 52. But due to numerous public events held there, it is easy to get Wi-Fi password.
