Russia does not jump to new credit for Lukashenka

Russia is still contemplating an issue of granting another credit for refinancing of current payment on external debt service by Belarus.

Uladzimir Amaryn, Minister of Finance of Belarus, informed. According to him, Minsk will be given the credit only in early July. The sum is not specified, AFN reports.

"The government of the Russian Federation is still deciding upon the issue. The decision about support to refinance the external debt of Belarus has not been made yet", Sergey Storchak, Deputy Head of Finance Ministry of Russia, stated and poured cold water on his Belarusian colleague.

Storchak did not specify a possible sum, pointing out that the decision had not been made yet, RIA Novosti reports.

It should be reminded that in April Russia granted a credit of $110 millions.
