Finance Ministry of Belarus two more issuance of bonds for the sake of Gomselmash

The Finance Ministry of Belarus has carried out direct selling of 154-155 issues of foreign currency bonds maturing in 2022.

Thus the agency has finished fundraising for state backing of Gomselmash plant, AFN reports.

The bonds of the 154th issue for the amount of $18.61 million have been sold to Alfa-Bank, the bonds of the 155th issue for the amount of $12.8 million have been sold to Belvneshekonombank.

As it was informed earlier, according to the decree of the Finance Ministry, currency bonds are to be issued before August 1, 2015 for the amount of up to $425.8 million with a quarterly payment of proceeds up to 7% per cent per annum, and redemption of these long bonds in 2019-2022 every year in equal installments.

These bonds are to be sold to Belarusbank for an amount of up to $364 million, to Alfa-Bank for an amount of up to $20.3 million; Belvneshekonombank for up to $13 million; Belgazprombank for up to $28.5 million.

Earlier the Finance Ministry directly sold the 152nd and 153rd issues of foreign currency bonds to Belarusbank and Belgazprombank, for the amounts of $364 million and $28.5 million respectively.
