Belarus' Olga Govortsova and Victoria Azarenka have advanced into the Wimbledon fourth round.

In the third round match Olga Govortsova, 122nd in the WTA rankings, defeated Magdalena Rybarikova (65) 7-6 (7-4), 6-3. The meeting lasted for 1 hour 43 minutes. In the opener Govortsova defeated Romania's Andreea Mitu (71) 6-1, 6-1, in the second round the Belarusian player won the match against Alize Cornet of France (27) 7-6 (8-6), 2-6, 6-1. In the fourth round the Belarusian will face Madison Keys of the United States (21).

On 6 June Belarus' top tennis player Victoria Azarenka (24) will face Swiss player Belinda Bencic (22). If the Belarusian wins, she will play the winner of the match between Serena Williams and Venus Williams in the next round.

In her Wimbledon run Victoria Azarenka eased past Estonian Anett Kontaveit (145) 6-2, 6-1, Belgian Kirsten Flipkens (96) 6-3, 6-3 and French Kristina Mladenvic (38) 6-4, 6-4.

Belarusian tennis veteran Max Mirnyi and his doubles partner Lukasz Kubot of Poland defeated the French duo Adrian Mannarino/Lucas Pouille in the first round at Wimbledon 7-5, 6-4, 6-3. In the next round the Belarusian-Polish duo will face Rohan Bopanna of India and Florin Mergea of Romania.
