They decided to transfer the case to the Frunzenski district court of Minsk despite the fact that the action took place in the Central district of the capital.

Co-Chairman of the steering committee for creating the party “Belarusian Christian Democracy” Pavel Seviarynets was handed a subpoena to the Frunzenski district court of Minsk with a demand to come to the trial on the case of organization of the action of protest against falsifications of the election on September 12 and participation thereof, the website bchd.info reports.

The trial has been appointed on Tuesday, October 18 at 11.30 a.m. at the address of Dunin-Martsinkevich Street, 1-1.

Answering the question why it is the Frunzenski district court which handles the case (the Kastrychnitskaya Square is located in the Central district), the court secretary said that the Central district court was “overloaded”. Probably, with the fabricated trials against demonstrators.

The essence of the administrative violation was that Seviarynets was “standing at the background of the streamer “Lukashenka, Get Out!”, chanted “Long Live Belarus!” and “expressed his opinion about the election to the “chamber of representatives” in public.

We remind, a peaceful action for free and fair elections was held in Minsk on September 12.
