The warehouse stock of home fur coats is almost 30 times higher than the monthly production volumes.

The industrial production has been gradually reducing the gap with the last year's results (minus 1.7% in January-September compared to minus 1.8% and minus 2% for eight and seven months respectively), but the warehouse stocks remain at a high level in a number of key industries. According to the National Statistics Committee, the most acute problem is in the production of textiles, clothing, leather goods and fur (2.5 times higher than the average monthly production volume), transport equipment (2.1 times), machinery and equipment (1 9 times), tut.by writes.

During September 2016, the stocks of end products in the warehouses of industrial enterprises increased by 15.1 million rubles and amounted to 3.5 billion rubles as of October 1. The ratio of the end product stocks and the average monthly production was 64.3% versus 70.9% for the same period last year.

At that, for selected items, the stores have been exceeding for over a year the volume of the production in a few months. The stores of fur coats are the champions here. As of October 1, their number had reached 11.6 thousand coats (“objects and clothing accessories of fur skin (except headgear”), which is in 28,3 times higher than the average monthly production volume.

The manufacturers’ warehouses store a large number of shoes (3.1 million pairs, 4.9 times more than the average monthly production volume), bearings (1.4 million units, 13.4 times more than the average monthly production), bicycles (17.3 thousand units, 3.5 times more).

Traditionally, the volumes of warehouse stocks are significantly affected by seasonality. For example, the TV-set stocks are reduced significantly by the end of the year, but the refrigerator stocks, on the contrary, start to increase.
