Has KGB Got Frightened Of Rally On October 29?

Nasta Dashkevich noticed strange manipulations with the news about the rally, initiated by the Young Front.

The Young Front leader Zmitser Dashkevich's wife informed us that the news about the rally on October 29 started to disappear from some Internet resources.

“Listen, it’s a gag, security officers far and wide delete the appeals to come and honor the murdered writers, scientists, public figures at the KGB building at 19 pm on October 29. For example, you can see the headline only on the site mfront.net, the piece of news itself has been removed. The situation is the same with Radio Svaboda’s site. They say, the same thing is taking place on other sites.

So, do you, KGB serviceman, somehow identify yourself with those butchers in the 37th, if you do not like this idea? Do you just want to pass over in silence the national tragedy, the national genocide, the crimes, committed by your colleagues, without retreating and not convicting of their deeds, rather than uniting with the people? Do you delete the notices of the event in the honor of slain, rather than bowing your heads in their memory? It’s a shame!” – Nasta Dashkevich wrote on Facebook.

October 29, 1937 is one of the worst dates in the history of Belarus. More than 100 representatives of the Belarusian intelligentsia were shot in the basement of the KGB building on the night of October 29 to 30.

There were the names of such prominent figures of Belarusian culture as Ales Dudar, Mikhas Kamysh, Anatol Svabodny, Platon Halavach, Mikhas Zaretski, Valery Marakou, Vasil Stasheuski, Todoar Klyiashtorny, Yanka Niomanski in the hit list, signed by Stalin and Molotov inclusively

We must remember such crimes not to let them happen again. Therefore, Young Front urges to come to the rally in the memory of the NKVD / KGB victims in front of the KGB building with candles and portraits of the killed by communist executioners on October 29 at 19.00.
