Inside A Month Lukashenka Returned 4 Corruptionists To Their Posts

According to the Belarusian legislation, they are prohibited to hold positions of authority.

Since the beginning of the year 2016, that is, in the space of a month, Lukashenka returned to the leading positions three officials convicted for bribery and who, under the Belarusian law, are banned from holding positions of authority, AFN writes.

In January the former first deputy prosecutor general of Belarus Aliaksandr Arkhipau, who abused the power, took bribes and who was sentenced to 6 years of deprivation of freedom suddenly was not only released, but took the position of the director of an agricultural enterprise Piatrovichy (Smaliavichy district, Minsk region.)

The former head of Chashniki district executive committee (Vitsebsk region) Uladzimir Bulaj, against whom in September 2015 a criminal case was opened by the office of the prosecutor general over the fact of corruption, has become a director of Klianovichy joint stock company in Krupki district.

A former director of Mogilevdrev enterprise Andrei Usau, who on July 1, 2014 was sentenced to 8 years of deprivation of freedom for abuse of power, a forgery by an official, a theft and inflicting damage on a large scale, in early February was released earlier, and appointed an acting director of Strommashina plant.

A former director of Babruisk meat processing plant Viktar Khadasevich has been appointed to perform duties of the head of Lipauka collective farm in Khotimsk district. In 2015 Viktar Khadasevich was sentenced to 2 years of deprivation of freedom and a fine of Br18 million for an attempted theft by use of an official position.
