Vital Rymasheuski Summoned To Court

Vital Rymasheuski Summoned To Court
VITAL RYMASHEUSKI

Vital Rymasheuski is summoned to court on April 28. The reason is not explained in the summons.

Charter97.org was informed about that by the press service of the BCD.

Co-chairman of the organizing committee of the party Belarusian Christian Democracy, one of the Chernobyl Way rally applicants Vital Rymasheuski has been sent a summons on March 28 for violating the law on mass events (Art. 23.34 of the Administrative Code).

Vital Rymasheuski believes, that serving such a summons with no explanation just before the Chernobyl Way rally, is an attempt to exert psychological pressure.

“One can expect whatever possible from our judiciary. They might have already appointed the trial for the rally on April 26, because all the protocols are carbon-copy written, and the authorities might have just hurried up to send the summons in advance,” – he said in his comments to the press service of the BCD.
