Nothing is yet known about the second detainee Zmitser Palienka.

The cyclist Stanislau Kanavalau, detained during the recent “Critical Mass” action, was released on bail on May 2. According to Euroradio, this information was provided by his girlfriend Elizaveta. She said that Stanislau was at work and “his condition is normal”.

As charter97.org has earlier reported, the action “Critical Mass”, that was held on April 29, ended with detention of 6 cyclers. According to the law enforcement officers, they violated the traffic rules, did not fulfill the requirements of traffic police, and one of them even started a brawl. Allegedly, criminal cases could be opened against two of the detainees, but the police officers haven’t yet confirmed this information. Nothing is yet known about detained Zmitser Palienka.

"Critical Mass" is the action that takes place in many cities in Europe. Its purpose is to promote bicycles as a vehicle.
