On May 11, 26 entrepreneurs of the city market located near the bus station in Krupki will be tried for “non-observance of working hours”.

“They were carrying out inspections at the market on April 5, – the Chairman of the Republican public organization “Perspektiva” Anatol Shumchanka said to Radio Svaboda. – People, of course, got scared, as always, and closed up. Then the Economic Crime Department officials came, made photographs of the trading places that were closed and submitted this information to the Executive Committee. And the Executive Committee drew protocols for non-observance of working hours.”

The protocol, published by "Perspective", states that the businesswoman, who received the protocol, "Illegally closed" her trading place and didn’t placed the information on the temporary suspension of work for consumers, also she didn’t informed the manager of the market on that.

Shumchanka says that the situation is not completely clear and he is preparing to go to the place the next day. But he believes that the entrepreneurs were closed because of the uncertain situation with the certificates of goods and Decree №222.

The government partially agreed with the proposals of entrepreneurs concerning commercial invoices, but the problem with certificates (including certificates for Russian light industry products) is not yet solved - not all suppliers provide the documents that are necessary in Belarus. It was earlier announced that because of these reasons GosStandart (the Belarusian State Committee for Standardization) has promised not to carry out checks before 1 July.

The Republican public organization "Perspective" convenes the entrepreneurs to the next forum, that is scheduled to be held in the "House of Moscow" in Minsk on June 13.

Let us remind that Belarusian entrepreneurs held three protests in Minsk on Kastrychnitskaya Square in February.
