Bailiffs Took Away All Property Of Makayeu And Stsyapanava
Aliaksandr Makayeu

Bailiffs were not confused with the fact that some things belonged to a landlord.

Yulia wrote on Facebook about events of September 29.

"An apartment is full of bailiffs. They distrain property. What a wonderful morning ... " Stsyapanava wrote.

Later she specified that she had heard a door-bell in the morning. She came to the door, but a viewer was closed. Then she asked: "Who's there?" She was told that that was a local police officer, she did not believe.

"I immediately realized who they were. It's like the sword of Damocles. I woke up Alex and opened the door. Bailiffs were standing in front of us."

Yulia Stsyapanava showed a rental contract which specified that many things belongs to the landlord.

"There are things which belong to me and the landlord. There were no things of Aliaksandr at all. However, they took away a microwave, a dish washer, a TV set, a ventilator," Yulia said choking back tears.

Bailiffs did not pay attention to the agreement and told that she had to prove it in court. As it turned out, Yulia has no documents for her equipment and things - warranty cards signed by the landlord.

Earlier a bailiff gave her a call and said that they would come only to see.

"I warned Aliaksandr Makayeu that we should not let them it. Now they have taken away everything. I worked hard to buy all those things, my child used to watch cartoons on TV. I can't imagine how to warm food or wash clothes. I'm shocked," a woman said.

Now she has 10 days to appeal against activity of bailiffs.

It will be recalled that on August 3 Aliaksandr Makayeu had a call of a was bailiff of the Savetski district of Minsk, and was asked to appear on the Rakauski Kirmash because bailiffs would come there to confiscate goods in respect of unpaid fines, Viasna informs.

This is not the first time when activists are forced to pay fines for participation in rallies.
