NEWS  ZUBR Protects Tax-Payers` Rights 11:16, 02/04/2001 Borisov branch of ZUBR started dealing with social phenomena. For the third day in a row the movement activists have been collecting town residents` signatures under the plea to the local administration to regulate the functioning of local public transportation network. During a single day they gathered a few hundred signatures under the appeal of the following content: "Unsatisfactory operation of public transport provokes utter dissatisfaction of the town`s residents. Long waits at the bus stops make people show up late at their work, classes and kindergartens. It may also cause fever and its complications.
