NEWS  Gomel Blames Investors for the Production Decline 11:12, 19/04/2001 Recession in the production of popular commodity occurred at the leading companies of Gomel, including the confectionery factory "Spartak", which provides for the seventh part of the town`s stock. In order to stabilize the situation Gomel mayor Alexander Yakobson addressed his subordinates with a request to hold meetings with the key plant`s investor, president of the foreign company "Trilini Sweets" Marat Novikov.
