Poll Forecasts 81% Turnout in Minsk 11:12, 28/08/2001  The percentage of those who said they would not vote increased from 13 to 15. Those who did not know accounted for eight percent in mid-August and for four percent in the most recent poll. Only six percent of the respondents planned to exercise their right to vote early, the same as the week before. The percentage of those who planned to cast their votes on the election day (September 9) grew from 72 to 76. The rest checked "Difficult to say."
