So the turnout exceeds 80, 7 percent and Lukashenko is beaten by the democratic candidate. This is a conclusion of the Independent Institute of the Countries of Central and Eastern Europe, made in the result of public opinion study before the election. According to the evaluations of the independent researchers, at the turnout equal to 80 percent Lukashenko gets 37 % of the votes.
