NEWS  Observers Threatened with Police 11:67, 09/09/2001 Secretary of the Mogilev regional electoral commission Ludmila Makarenko in rude form refused to tell the observer, accredited with the commission, Sergey Obodovsky and BDG correspondent about the time of the commission’s session to sum up the results in Mogilev region. Moreover, Obodovsky’s complaint over mass violations of elections was declined. Later the complaint was accepted by deputy chair of the regional commission Vladimir Belonogov.
