Belarus’ Head Shouted At American Senator 11:15, 16/11/2001
The authorities won’t let anybody interfere the internal affairs of the country, A.Lukashenka declared at the meeting with top officials of Minsk region. The meeting was dedicated to the questions of social and economical development of the regions in the period of 2001-2005.
According to Lukashenka, now some governmental and non-governmental organizations of foreign states make an attempt to continue the sponsoring of Belarusian opposition. For instance, a bill was proposed for consideration to the US Senate to grant about 30 millions dollars to the Belarusian opposition. When mentioning this bill, proposed for the US Congress, Lukashenka started shouting. As said by Lukashenka, “at this moment a re-grouping of oppositional forces is taking place now, and certain politicians work hard to impose some weird negotiation process”.
