The Serbian Independent Association of Journalists issued a severe protest note relating to the sentence of “Pahonia’s” journalists Mikola Markevich and Paval Mazheika. On July 10 the protest was handed to the Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus in Serbia and spread in mass media.

In the beginning of July the amount of indebtedness for salaries in Belarus was equal to 76 million BLR, which is 30 per cent more than indebtedness last month. Almost 70 per cent of this sum fall on the forestry workers -- employees have not received money for almost a month. In Minsk indebtedness for June has grown by 2.5 times, praca.by informs.
