NEWS  “Deputies” Denied Observers’ Status 11:06, 30/08/2002 Belarusian parliamentarians aren’t included into the list of the OSCE observers in Macedonia, due to take place on September 15. A group of OSCE observers, which includes 30 deputies from 15 countries, is headed by the Vice-President of the Parliamentary Assembly Kimmo Kilyunen.
