Russian FM: Incident with Nemtsov Casts Shadow on “Union State’s” Construction 16:24, 23/10/2002
Official Moscow is “embarrassed and concerned” over the news that the Belarusian authorities denied access to Minsk to the Russian national, deputy of the Russian Duma from SPS Boris Nemtsov, “Interfax” was told on Wednesday by the deputy official FM representative of the Russian Federation Boris Malakhov.
“Violation of the freedom of movement of our citizens within the framework of the common state not only contradicts special relations between our countries but also casts shadow upon the “union state” construction process,” – underscored Malakhov.
