Anatoly Krasovsky Proved Missing by Court
14:59, 21/11/2002

The Frunzensky district court of Minsk practically confirmed the version on the involuntary and violent character of Anatoly Krasovsky and Viktor Gonchar’s disappearance and attached to the case files the documents, which have never been taken into consideration before.

Judge of the Frunzensky district court of Minsk Tatiana Kulakova satisfied Irina Krasovskaya’s petition on recognizing her husband missing. That was the culmination of the process, which lasted for two weeks with some intervals.
The procuracy, in particular, confirmed that Anatoly Krasovsky and Viktor Gonchar’s disappearance case has been lasting for three years, but their deaths haven’t been proven nor their bodies – located. Their whereabouts remain unknown.
Procuracy officials upheld at the hearings Irina Krasovskaya’s petition on recognizing her husband missing, referring to the concomitant law norm. As a result, the judge prepared and voiced her positive decision.
Irina Krasovskaya welcomed the ruling, for it will hopefully help accelerate the investigation and solve a number of property issues. However, there are some goals, which haven’t been attained yet.
“We expected the court, as an independent body, to help investigate into some circumstances of Gonchar and Krasovsky’s disappearance, but this never really happened,” – Radio Svaboda quotes Irina Krasovskaya as saying after the process.
