NEWS  Investment Activism Cools Down in Belarus 16:46, 21/11/2002 October saw a slowdown in the investment activism in Belarus. According to the Ministry of economy’s press-service, with the remaining positive investment dynamics, their growth rate in January-October this year constituted 105,2% of the analogous period in 2001 with a preliminary forecast of 106-107%.
