NEWS  Consumer Prices Index Rises by 29,8% Since Early 2002 11:43, 04/12/2002 The consumer prices index rose by 29,8%, reported the Ministry of statistics and analysis. The National Bank and government of Belarus forecasted a 20-27% price-increase for the year 2002. Over the first three weeks of November the consumer prices in the country went 2,6% up (over the first week – by 0,7%, second – 1,6% and third – 0,3%).
