NEWS  Lepel People Get Alternative Information 15:57, 20/12/2002 Residents of Lepel town (Vitebsk region) got opportunity to read the latest issue “ZUBR/BISON” newspaper. About ten ZUBR activists were spreading newspapers in the town. Most of the newspapers were put in mail-boxes. Several hundred ZUBR activists handed them out near bus-stations and stores. Lepel residents, who do not have an opportunity to buy independent press, because of its absence in the stores, were glad to get alternative information about situation in Belarus.
