NEWS  Mogilev Oppositionists Denied Access to District Commissions 11:47, 17/01/2003 Members of democratic opposition’s electoral camp of the Mogilev region claim that none of their fellowmen was included into the district commissions’ composition. Nominees of the parties were either under various pretexts denied a right to become commission members or simply determined to abstain from nomination, considering it pointless anyway. The Mogilev regional organization of BPF party nominated five of its members into the district electoral commissions of Bobruisk, Shklov and Kostukovichi districts. Not a single person was accepted as member of the district commission. The Mogilev city organization of the United Civil Party nominated into the district commissions of the Leninsky district 6 persons from the party and two more via signature collection procedure.
