NEWS  Informal CIS Summit Moved to Kiev 12:36, 21/01/2003 Informal CIS summit will take place in Kiev rather than Ivano-Frankovsky region, as planned before, “Interfax” was told on Monday in the chief informational department of the Ukrainian president’s Administration. “There’s nothing political in the change of location. Up until present we worked out all organizational issues, concerning the allocation, broadcasting and safety issues at the summit,” – the agency was told by the department’s official. Meantime, the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine already started sending out official notes to the embassies of the participating states about the change in the original location.
