The Ministry of finances of Belarus prepared draft amendments into the general part of the Tax code, bringing this document into conformity with Alexander Lukashenko’s remarks. Director of the department of tax policy and budget incomes of the Ministry of finance Alexander Kozlyakov said that at the meeting of the permanent commission of the “house of representatives” on budget, finances and taxation policy.
Lukashenko, as you know, signed the General part of the Tax code in early January. They removed 36 provisions, touching upon 26 articles of the document. According to Kozlyakov, the draft project, drawn by the Ministry of finance, includes all the head of state’s wishes, reports BelaPAN. He noted that the authors of the document acted upon their old principle, when they either accept all president’s proposals or work out a new edition of the document.
