NEWS  Novopolotsk communists will boycott elections 11:24, 07/02/2003 Novopolotsk committee of Party of Communists Belarusan declared it’s decision to boycott local elections. This decision was made because representative of the party was not included to election commission, -- informs BelaPAN. As it is said in declaration of town committee of PCB one members of the commission told that they found more experienced people on the position, the other told that the commission was not satisfied by the representative of the party on previous elections.
