NEWS  In Orsha candidates leave at their own will 11:06, 07/02/2003 Quantity of candidates to local councils in Orsha is reducing quickly. The main reason is their own refusal from participation in election campaign. On latest data of election commission 20 candidates refused from participation in elections in last few days. Some of ex-candidates say about pressure of local authorities on them. They are going to “make” elections in the first round.
