NEWS  Belarusians Set to Reconstruct Electric Stations for Gaddafi 11:48, 12/02/2003 Libya plans to set up joint Belarusian-Libyan venture on reconstructing its energy objects. Negotiations on that will be held within the visit to the country on February 16-20 of a delegation of Belarusian energy specialists, headed by the director of “Belvneshenergo” joint stock Alexander Rogovtsov. BELTA correspondent was told by the counselor of the “Belenergo” concern’s president Vladimir Korduba, that in the year 2002 the two states reached an agreement on the formation of joint venture. Now they are going to define the size of its statutory fund and determine the number of personnel. It is planned that the company will attract and employ best specialists for reconstructing Libyan energy objects.
