NEWS  OSCE Secretary General Requires Clarifications from OSCE PA 14:39, 21/02/2003 OSCE secretary general Jan Kubis said that the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly must send their delegates to Minsk and explain to the Belarusian public real motivation behind what they did. “One should make it clear to all that legitimization of the “national assembly” is no sign of support to what’s going on in Belarus,” – assumes Jan Kubis.
