Belarus Engages in Non-Alignment Movement’s Summit 11:21, 21/02/2003, AFN
The Foreign Minister of Belarus Mikhail Khvostov took a flight to Kuala-Lumpur (Malaysia) to participate in the XIII summit of the Non-Alignment movement’s member-states as the head of the Belarusian official delegation at the event.
As mentioned at the briefing by deputy head of the FM’s information department of Belarus Andrei Savinykh, the Foreign Minster’s visit’s agenda includes attending the session of the movement’s Foreign Ministers’ meeting, participation in the political discussion etc.
The Belarusian official will also hold bilateral meetings with the heads of the Foreign Ministers of the following NAM’s countries: Venezuela, Iran, Malaysia, South Africa, Vietnam, Zambia, Surinam, India, Egypt, Libya and the Republic of Korea.
