Belarusian Fire-Fighting Machinery to Be Shipped to Iraq 11:44, 21/02/2003
“Belkommunmash” company is negotiating on the consignment of fire-fighting equipment to Iraq. “Mediafact” was told by the company’s specialists that the cost of the original agreement will be defined in the near future.
According to preliminary data, the company intends to export the new makes of vehicles, designed to extinguish fire and manufactured together with the Minsk car-building plant.
The company experts pointed out that the machinery is being assembled by the specialists from “Belkommunmash”, while MAZ simply supplies wheels for the purpose. The cost of a new model of fire-fighters’ vehicle hasn’t been established yet.
