NEWS  Supreme Court Turns Down Pavel Mozheiko’s Complaint 11:29, 28/02/2003, Alesya Sidlyarevich, www.pahonia.promedia.by The Supreme court of Belarus left the verdict against Pavel Mozheiko, passed by the Leninsky district court of Grodno in June 2002 in effect. The Supreme court’s ruling to Pavel Mozheiko’s complaint was received yesterday by the chief of Mozheiko’s penitentiary institution Yuri Kuzmich. “The petition cannot be satisfied for Mozheiko’s guilt in committing the crime, for which he had been sentenced, was proven by the material evidence,” – reads the ruling of the court, signed by deputy chairman of the Supreme court Miklashevich.
