NEWS  Belarusian Delegation’s Visit to Libya Comes to an End 12:19, 06/03/2003 The official visit of the Belarusian “parliamentary” delegation to Libya ended yesterday. On Wednesday evening the delegation of the “national assembly”, chaired by the speaker of the “house of representatives” Vadim Popov, arrived in Minsk.
