Belarus Develops Cooperation Ties with Sudan :: Charter'97 :: News

On August 27 Moscow hosted the meeting of the plenipotentiary ambassador of Belarus in Russia Vladimir Grigoriev with the Sudanese ambassador in Russia Ibragim Al-Bashir Osman Al-Kabashi, accredited also in Belarus.

As reported by the press-service of the Belarusian diplomatic compound in Moscow, in course of negotiations, organized upon the initiative of the Sudanese ambassador, the sides discussed the condition and perspectives of the bilateral relations’ development. They also emphasized the necessity to intensify cooperation on the formation and further development of the legal base. The sides mentioned positive dynamics of the bilateral trade’s cooperation between them.

According to Ibragim Al-Bashir, his country is vitally interested in the formation of its own textile industry. In this connection the Sudanese specialists would like to pay visit to the concomitant Belarusian enterprises in order to maintain direct contacts and examine the possibility of fruitful industrial cooperation between the Belarusian and Sudanese countries.
