Belarus, Minsk, to Attorney Kulik. Dear Attorney. Our lokal group of Amnesty International has already for several years been concerned with the case of the disappearances of Yuri Zakharenko, Victor Gonchar, Anatoly Krasovsky and Dmitri Zavadsky. We wrote numerous letters to the president and other authorities of your country and had a regular contact with the wives of the disappeared men. We were witness of their grieve and sorrow and also of their endeavors to become informed about what happened to their beloved ones and about who has to be declared to be guilty of their fate. I suppose you are aware of what happened concerning this whole question.
