The Supreme Court of Belarus has made a decision on the liquidation of the republican public association “The Rights’ Defending Center “Viasna””. As “Interfax” informs, it was the initiative of the Ministry of Justice to make an appeal to the Court. According to the representative of the Ministry, the management of the rights’ defending center has been violating the Belarusian laws.
